Welcome to Your Colour Compass! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Your Colour Compass. Your Colour Compass operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Your Colour Compass is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
Our products include a personalised Colour Profile Report (delivered digitally) and a physical Colour Compass sticker. Please note that results depend in part on the quality and lighting of the photo you submit. While we provide clear instructions, the final result is based on your submission and cannot be guaranteed to meet expectations if the guidelines were not followed.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Some of our products require you to upload a photo to complete the service. Instructions for photo submission will be sent to you after purchase. We cannot fulfill your order until your photo is received.
If you do not submit a valid photo, your order will remain incomplete. Orders that are not fulfilled due to missing photo submissions are not eligible for refunds.
Please also note that orders for personalised products are eligible for refunds only if the physical Colour Compass sticker is returned in good condition. See our Refund Policy for full details.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and receive payment.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, or customs charges.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information and to promptly update any changes to your payment method or contact information.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Your Colour Compass sticker is shipped only after we have received your photo and completed your analysis. Delays in uploading your photo may result in delayed delivery. Estimated delivery windows begin once the order is complete, not when it is placed.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or losses caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Colour Compass, Colour Profile Reports, Colour Cards, and 4D Colour Analysis methodology are proprietary to Your Colour Compass. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, resold, or distributed without our written permission.
All trademarks, logos, images, text, and design elements on the site are the property of Your Colour Compass or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to tools from third-party services. We are not responsible for those tools or how they function. Your use of them is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Your Colour Compass is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases are made directly with Your Colour Compass. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transaction or use of our products.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge you’ve reviewed both.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a license to use and display them without restriction. You remain responsible for the content and accuracy of your feedback.
