When you purchase a Colour Analysis bundle, we request that you upload a clear, makeup-free photo of yourself in natural lighting. This photo is:

  • Used exclusively for manual analysis by a trained stylist using our proprietary 4D Colour Analysis System.

  • Not analyzed by AI, filters, or facial recognition tools.

  • Stored securely via Uploadcare.

  • Deleted within 30 days of receipt unless needed for ongoing support or required by law.

We do not share your photo with any third party, and it is never used for marketing or advertising purposes.

Sharing Your Information

  • Shopify, to power our store and process payments.

  • Uploadcare, to securely collect and store your uploaded image.
